Andreas is in the process of completing his GSoC project (webapp-config rewrite) and will start helping out in the webapps herd.

I'm opening this bug although Andreas has not yet finished the ebuild quiz. Donnie Berkholz requested that all GSoC students that apply for developer should get a bug before GSoC ends.
