Unable to create OpenGL window on Gentoo prefix.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge vmd
2. vmd

Same issue with molmol, pymol, glxgears, so basically with all opengl apps.

Which kind of grafics are you using?
I fixed this issue by placing the system nvidia drivers into the prefix.
