Changes since dracut-006.ebuild:
- ebuild code refactorized (less things hard-coded now)
- removed run-time dependencies from build-time dependencies
- added build-time dependencies to convert DocBook documents into the Unix man page format
- new USE flags: bootchart, debug, dmsquash-live, fips, gensplash, syslog
- md USE flag changed to mdraid to have the same name as module
- postinst info changed with warning for baselayout1
- metadata.xml updated
