ntptrace -v and -d options do not work as documented

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
I tried `ntptrace -v <target-ip>` and `ntptrace -d <target-ip>`.  The result:

Unknown option: v

...

Unknown option: d

... and then the normal ntptrace output.

the man pages are merely generated.  the source html files document -v/-d:

Me, too.  The "patch" at https://bugs.ntp.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419 to the docs is dated 2008.  Curious it hasn't made its way to us in all that time...
