another missing patch I found very hard to complete "emerge -e system" during Gentoo Prefix installation
I'm sorry. You're just unlucky to be in the middle of a "sync round" where everything is updated, and usually a lot breaks :( I've been busy completing my emerge (and fixing as I go), but I'm simply not on such a fast machine...
Thanks for your support.

today, I was bad luck again. sys-devel/make-3.81-r2 patch file from #329153 missing this situation happens too often. maybe you people have to do something with "sync round"
I don't understand why that many patches are missing, it's quite unusual. We don't sync that much these days. The syncing is necessary because we're still not fully hosted in the main gentoo tree, so we need to update our copy of the main tree (syncing) every once in a while. Eventually the entire need for syncing should disappear, as we are moving as much packages as we can back to the main gentoo tree. Gentoo Prefix is still of experimental nature, and you happen to come in at one of the worst moments it seems. Usually we do a much better job in quality of the ebuilds, even though it all remains experimental.
