Can you please try with vanilla + ck only? (without genpatches).
As your request Krzysztof, I tried with vanilla, and there is a same problem. Shall I report it for Con Kolivas too?
Yes please - this suggests that this is wider problem, not related to what patches we apply in ck-sources ebuild. At the same time I'd recommend looking into switching to ck-sources-2.6.35 - if it works for you then great!
