While testing openid I spotted that https://dev.gentoo.org/~betelgeuse/ is currently using a self signed certificate.

Current certificate is also expired.

I couldn't find a way to copy paste from Firefox Certificate Viewer but as the url implies the service is HTTPS. SHA1 fingerprint starts with 2e:81:7a:64:4c
