Qmail-scanner depends on maildrop and not virtual/MDA. Procmail does roughly 
the same as maildrop. Maybe qmail-scanner needs some functionality that 
procmail can't provide, in that case the BR can be closed.

qmail-scanner needs maildrop for the 'reformime' program.
so this bug is invalid.
