This is a merge of the 2 HOWTOs we had in proj/ and in doc/
Version numbers have been updated. Screen outputs of kernel config matches the 2.4.22-openmosix kernel.
/etc/fstab has none in col 0 as should be, I believe.

There are a couple of things that I would like to see changed before it goes
life. Especially the way how it is written (I this, me that). Perhaps it
would be more professional if the author doesn't reference himself, but guides
the reader through the document.

Just my opinion ofcourse :)

I'll see what I can do tomorrow (I'm full today).

Xavier: you can commit this document, there is no reason to keep it on hold afaik.
