Description duebel 2003-11-09 09:24:18 UTC
According to enigmail.mozdev.org the correct enigmail version for mozilla-1.5 is
0.82.2.

EMVER="0.82.latest" should solve this issue.

I am emerging a test-build right now. I will comment on it's completion.
Comment 1 duebel 2003-11-09 11:29:31 UTC
The test-build succeeded. Changing only EMVER works for me.

Enigmail got a totally new user interface. Enigmail is now more integrated
in mozilla mail. It is used much like the built-in S/MIME extension. Now
also a per account configuration is possible.

I hope this goes into 1.5-r1.

Ciao,
Frank

A new version was released. From the Changelog:
---

Bugs fixed:
* Empty message if PGP/MIME encrypted & signed message and PGP key for verification not available
* Spurious encrypt/sign icons when reading messages
* wrong icons for 'classic' theme on Seamonkey (bug 5105)
* "Automatically decrypt/verify messages" checked incorrectly (bug 5022)
* "encrypt & sign if possible" doesn't work (bug 4995)
* Key for encryption is not found with a correct address (bug 3796)

A mozilla-build with the new version succeeded without any problems.

A professor of mine once stated: Most problems settle by self. Just wait.

Another newer version of enigmail was released. From the Changelog:

Enhancements
* New icons for bottom right corner
* Clicking on encrytion/sign icons in composer toggles encryption/signing (opening the PGP settings dialog has moved to the right mouse button)
---

It builds and works fine.
