The latest www-apps/mantisbt-1.2.2 ebuild contains an outdated postinst message reading:

53 elog "Note, that this branch of mantisbt does not work with PostgreSQL."
54 elog "If really need mantisbt to work with PostgreSQL you'll have to"
55 elog "install it manually from upstream svn repository:"
56 elog "https://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=14963"

MantisBT 1.1.x and 1.2.x have been working with PostgreSQL[1] for a long time now. Additionally, the SVN repository at SourceForge is years out-of-date as the repository is now hosted at git.mantisbt.org.

I suspect this message is a left over from years gone by and hasn't been removed yet.
