Hi, 

A gentoo-tools mailinglist should be created. Description is (something like): gentoo (user/developer) script repository discussion. Includes keychain and friends.

Cyber, are you still responsible for managing the mailinglists? Should I reassign this to somebody else?

I didn't even notice this bug, as people usually ping me for mailing lists..
do you still need this list? if so, public or private?

probably public. but cc'ing agriffis since he is the only active guy in  the tools scope (keychain maintainer). Not sure whether he needs a mailinglist for keychain development.

I'd like to see a ML for keychain (for the sake of announcements, patches and archives), but I don't think gentoo-tools is appropriate.  Keychain isn't tied at all to Gentoo, and need not be discussed in the context of other Gentoo tools.  Keychain is simply a project that is hosted by Gentoo.

keychain is currently the only active gentoo-tools project. I'll reopen this bug when there is really a need for a ml.
