Could newer version of yi be added to overlay

Why not check before you ask?

I'm not at my Gentoo box so I can't verify this, but I'm pretty sure I put it in there _last_ weekend.

gtk2hs 0.11 is not in overlay

Well, no it isn't, because there is no longer a single "gtk2hs" meta-package as of 0.11 (we did consider having dev-haskell/gtk2hs be a meta-ebuild, but in the end decided against it).  The various split packages are available, however.
