It looks like rsync is not running on your machine, and the http mirror does not contain any directories. Please look into these issues if you want to become an official mirror. Thanks

Could you check it again? at http://mirror.bjtu.edu.cn/gentoo And seems that rsync is only available via IPv6 rsync://mirror6.bjtu.edu.cn/gentoo-portage , is that OK?
