The file is there (why it isn't gzipped btw.?), but a patch is applied in the
ebuild and the ebuild points unnescessarily to the symlink /usr/info instead
/usr/share/info. Same for manual data.

I don't know what exactly causes the message, but it sucks to emerge something
that installs info data and get an error line displayed.

you need to `emerge sync ; emerge barcode`

all those issues have been fixed
