yep, it's a dead project. deps on qt3 which isn't in portage anymore. no lcms-2 support. no active upstream development. you can find the deleted ebuilds from here: http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/media-gfx/lprof/?hideattic=0 closing as wontfix since there's nothing we can add back to portage...
