Description Lindsay Haisley 2003-11-08 14:00:19 UTC
The Galeon 1.3.10 Bookmarks Editor won't allow a bookmark or folder to be dragged into an empty folder.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Highlight any folder containing bookmarks in the left editor pane.

2. In the left editor pane, right-click on the highlighted folder and create a
new folder. The new folder will appear in the right pane.

3. Try to drag an existing bookmark into the new folder in the right pane. It
won't go there, nor can it be dragged into the new folder where it appears in
the left pane.

It's possible to cut and paste a bookmark into the new folder. Once the new
folder contains bookmarks and can be "opened", dragon-drop works properly. The
problem only occurs if the new folder is empty.

1.3.10 is still a development release, so not supposed to be bugfree. I think
you would be better off filing these kind of bugs upstream for now. We lack
the manpower atm to handle this properly.

please do report back the bugno of the upstream bug so we can track it as
well.
