I installed OpenOffice 1.1.0 with 'LANGUAGE=49 emerge openoffice' and got a 
working OpenOffice installation in German. However, the help system of 
OpenOffice is in English instead of German. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start OpenOffice 
2. Call the help system 
Actual Results:  
The help appeared in English instead of German. 

Expected Results:  
The help should've appeared in German. 

Maybe other non-English OpenOffice installations are affected by this bug, 
too.

This is known, I believe there are some patches to allow manual downloading
of the needed helpfiles, but it is hard to support with current portage.
I'll look at it sometime in the future.
