Hi, When you are building a livecd you need to also have the loop-aes flag activated on util-linux otherwise you can't mount the squashfs image at boot time. Perhaps util-linux could check for the livecd flag and then activate the loop-aes flag too? Rich Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
ok, my mistake. It seems that if you create a LiveCD's squashfs file on a 64bit system running 2.6.34 and then try and boot that LiveCD's 2.6.29 kernel it won't work. If you run both 2.6.34 on both the build system and in the LiveCD all is well. Rich
