Please stabilize sci-biology/wgs-assembler-6.1. 
 Note: Because of the complexity of science package testing, a compile test is sufficient from the arch teams

Compiles fine on x86. Should be good.

Everything is fixed. New target is sci-biology/wgs-assembler-7.0-r1
