Please change
|| ( =app-crypt/gnupg-1.4* =app-crypt/gnupg-2.0* )
to
|| ( =app-crypt/gnupg-2.0* =app-crypt/gnupg-1.4* )
to allow for a more graceful update.

the problem is in using an old gnupg version. Any of the two is good, but unless you know that you actually want to use gnupg 1.4 (which is good for some use case but clearly not for all), it is better to default to 2.
