pycurl-0.4.5.ebuild is a python binding for curl/libcurl, this is a new ebuild.
I emerged this build myself, and it seems to be able to be imported in python.

On another note, this package requires curl-7.9.2 or above, as the latest stable
release is currently 7.9.3. all I did was change the name of
curl-7.9.1-r1.ebuild to curl-7.9.3.ebuild, and everything went fine. hope you
can update that as well.
