minor bugfix release

03-04-06 	ettercap 0.6.a released.
now we are moving to ettercap NG (0.7.0)

0.6.11 = 0.6b

(I think it was done because of portage's version scheme, there can't be
a 0.6b after an 0.6.7)

it was done because it is 0.6.a, it isnt 0.6a

just leave it as is
