When emerging known to be 32b limited versions of www-plugins/adobe-flash, on computers that are 64b, and use multilib (his is easy to detect, in order to make the message conditionnal ... or not), the ebuild should
- propose to make sure www-plugins/nspluginwrapper is emerged
- remind that www-plugins/nspluginwrapper should be remerged (with -v1) after any flash update.

Same should be done for ebuilds on all other 32b-only plugins.

Otherwise, users will complaing flash have gone after update. Please make it ewarn, not einfo.

i said i am not limiting this querry to flash, but all ebuilds that provide 32b only plugins on 64b arch ... and i am pretty sure there are many.
