sci-visualization/qtiplot-0.9.8 does not show the last axis value even if it is a multiple of 'step' value. (see the attached Screenshot-1). If one adds a very small value to the "To" field on "Scale tab" of the "General Plot Options" dialog window, this value appears where it should be (see the attached Screenshot-2). As upstream moved it to resolve later, we cannot do much for it. Lets see what the next release brings.
The upstream developer reported that this bug has been fixed in revision 1759 from SVN.
