Hi,

torch 3.1 ebuild uses default set of sub packages to build, which is just core. Other useful sub packages packages that some applications (eg. IMMS) depend on, are not included. There is no harm in enabling all of them because there are no extra dependencies.

Please modify the ebuild to edit Makefile_options_${PLATFORM} before building to set
PACKAGES = convolutions datasets decoder distributions gradients kernels matrix nonparametrics speech

(At least those 3... there may be other useful
