x11-plugins/pidgin-musictracker install by default a static-lib, I suggest add static-libs USE flag or fully disable that (and remove the useless .la file, in this case).

just disable it entirely, there's no need for static archives for plugins.

Resolving as FIXED. File seperated bugs for other packages if the issue still persists.
