I opened bug 299966 for KDE/Qt but I realized that it is an x11vnc problem.

The problem is that I cannot left-click with "virtual" VNC mouse in the Qt table headers to sort-by-column the table.

Physical mouse always works fine. VNC mouse right-click always works fine. VNC mouse left-click works fine in other places.

The problem is only left-clicking in the Qt column header with VNC mouse (it does nothing).

what is your Qt version?

The stable one: 4.6.3

Still valid with 0.9.13-r1?

Haven't tested with 0.9.13-r1 (still not stable), but it is working fine even with 0.9.13
