although the USE flags doc and web are enabled the documentation is not installed and qxt does also not appear in the qt assistant

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libqxt
2.1 start assistant
2.2 equery files libqxt

Actual Results:  
no entries in assistant, no documentation files installed

Expected Results:  
both should be installed

The installation of libqxt shows some strange messages:

 * Running qmake ...
 *  - fixed CONFIG in examples/country/country.pro

WARNING: features.path is not defined: install target not created

[ ... ]
