We need to get the ownership transfered to myself so we can get who we needed added and get cracking on fixing bugs and moving forward with openrc development. CC'ng overlay owner who claims he does not own.

Ownership transfered to anarchy, and I added to commit list anarchy. Current committers: anarchy uberlord vapier cardoe. If you want anything changed please reopen this bug. Thanks

Theo if you would please remove uberlord and cardoe for now, we can add them back later if they have an interest. Please add to committers list robbat2, blueness and williamH :) After that let then fun begin.
