I hae my digital camera set up to auto-rotate images so that they always display the right way up.

Gnome file manager handles these correctly; firefox 3.5.4 (shireoko) alwasy display the iamges in landscape.

Reproducible: Always

Look at dsc_256 and dsc_261

Note that firefox gets a few right, but more often than not they are wrong.

I have spoken with a few upstream devs and this is not something that will be resolved in firefox. Firefox was intended for web use not local file browsing.
