LibRaw is a library for reading RAW files obtained from digital photo cameras (CRW/CR2, NEF, RAF, DNG, and others). I'll attach and ebuild, but there's one problem that I didn't know how to solve. This lib has it's own license at http://www.libraw.org/data/LICENSE.LibRaw.pdf in addition to LGPL-2.1 and CDDL and I didn't know how to add it to the ebuild. Reproducible: Always
Yeah, and libraw is also a dependency for media-gfx/shotwell-0.6.1

Oops, There seems to be a stupid problem with my submitted ebuild. I've forgot the lcms dependency, Sorry. I'll attach an ebuild patch which fixes the problem.
