Please add distutils.eclass reference to http://devmanual.gentoo.org/eclass-reference/index.html and also some examples to improve usage of this eclass.

One of the examples could be how additional options to "setup.py install" can be added, like --install-script which is used to change the installation directory for Python scripts.

This was fixed by darkside bit back when we switched to automatic content generator from eclass-manpages.
