For app-doc/tldp-howto-20100701 with html USE flag enabled, there is no file called "Linux-html-HOWTOs-20100701.tar.bz2" on the Gentoo mirrors

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=html emerge tldp-howtos
2.  fetch failed
3.

Actual Results:  
fetch error

Expected Results:  
no fetch error

emerge -pv tldp-howto

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:
