net-print/cups-1.4.4 does not have the ppds flag anymore.

did not installed it checked:
http://gentoo-portage.com/net-print/cups/

without this flag upgrading cups will to 1.4.4 will generate errores when one has a driver
example upgrading to cups-1.4.4 with xerox driver
 emerge -pvu cups

cant 't emerge  net-print/cups-1.4.4 if drivers or ebuild depend of ppds flag
