I emerged bluez-utils (any version). /etc/init.d/bluetooth start fails because /etc/bluetooth/uarts is missing. There should be a template (lines starting with # are ignored anyway) telleing the syntax, which i couldn't figure out Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge bluez-utils 2./etc/init.d/bluetooth start 3. Actual Results: service is not started Expected Results: service should be started, the interface should be brought up
can you attach some output on why you think it needs /etc/bluetooth/uarts to start? afaik, hciattach works without that, that is only needed if you want to do some more advanced stuff with hcid
I started bluetoth once with a script i found in the forum, now I can't reproduce the error. Everything works fine. Sorry for bothering
