I reworked the ebuild. This is gone now.

Finally not since we need a sci-libs/monomer-db version stabilized also, ok with stabilize both?

Pacho remember to remove the amd64 alias when you mark an ebuild stable

Tested together with sci-libs/monomer-db-0.090729 from Bug #327627, looks good to go.
