The current wxGTK ebuild has dependencies like this: "media-libs/tiff .. tiff? ( media-libs/tiff )" which pulls in media-libs/tiff regardless of whether the tiff USE flag is actually enabled or not.

I've verified that wxGTK builds (and runs) correctly without the dependency on tiff (and without having tiff installed) so the first occurrence can be removed, making tiff support truly optional.
