Only real live test, but they work fine.

fetch http://pdb.rcsb.org/pdb/download/downloadFile.do?fileFormat=pdb&compression=NO&structureId=3FXB

and run dssp 3FXB.pdb

should give something like the attached file.

The error are intrinsic.
