I get this failure at the end of the merge:

 * Compilation and optimization of Python modules placed outside of site-packages directories for CPython 2.6 ...
Compiling /usr/lib/cctbx/cctbx_sources/mmtbx/monomer_library/tst_server.py ...
SyntaxError: ('invalid syntax', ('/usr/lib/cctbx/cctbx_sources/mmtbx/monomer_library/tst_server.py', 89, 12, ' for as,bs,c in [(rna_atoms,dna_atoms,"d"), (dna_atoms,rna_atoms,"r")]:\n'))
