Description Mark Kowarsky (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-06-28 06:00:32 UTC
I've managed to successfully merge sci-biology/mira-3.0.5 in a prefix on OSX.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run ecopy on the mira
2. Make manual adjustments (below)
3. Emerge (success)

I used ecopy and then the following manual change (added these lines):
+src_configure() {
+	econf \
+		--with-boost=${EROOT}/usr/lib \
+		--with-boost-libdir=${EROOT}/usr/lib \
+		--with-boost-thread=boost_thread-mt
+}

You should use $EPREFIX there instead of $EROOT.

Justin, can you take care of this? Thanks.
