Description Albert W. Hopkins 2010-06-28 01:00:11 UTC
I have a system that is x86 keyworded and currently running kde-meta 3.5.3. I went to do an upgrade today, but it failed with:

---
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy ">=kde-base/mplayerthumbs-4.4.4[-kdeprefix,-aqua]" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- kde-base/mplayerthumbs-4.4.4 (masked by: ~x86 keyword)

(dependency required by "kde-base/kdemultimedia-meta-4.4.4" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "kde-base/kde-meta-4.4.4" [ebuild])
(dependency required by "world" [argument])
---

both kde-meta-4.4.4 and kdemultimedia-meta-4.4.4 are marked stable for x86. kdemultimedia-meta-4.4.4 appears to depend, unconditionally on >=kde-base/mplayerthumbs-4.4.4 but that ebuild is marked only for ~x86, which is preventing the update to continue.

But I don't know when 4.4.4 came out, so perhaps I --sync'ed at a weird time.

Please sync again in a bit of time. Should be fixed by then. :)
