dev-ruby/little-plugger currently only has KEYWORDS="~amd64" but also works on x86.

Thanks for the report. Did you also test the test/doc dependencies: dev-ruby/bones and dev-ruby/bones-extra? We can't keyword little-plugger for x86 unless these dependencies are also keyworded.

Why did we get added here?
Discussed packages are all keyworded ~x86.  
Removing us from CC.
Please add back if there is something to do.
