Recently subversion was moved from dev-util/subversion to dev-vcs/subversion. This breaks a rebuild of overlay-utils and possibly other tools.

Simple solution is to update the dependency.

OK.  That was weird.  I just reran eix-sync -- which is supposed to sync both the main packages and the other ones if I understood correctly, but it did not update the sunrise overlay.  To check I reran eix-sync and overlay-utils had not been updated.  I then ran layman -S and it did...

Anyway, that is not your guys problem, but I will continue to watch the eix/layman issue
