Description Nicolas Bigaouette 2010-06-22 20:55:19 UTC
Here is a new ebuild for Octopus, a "scientific program aimed at the ab initio virtual experimentation".
http://www.tddft.org/programs/octopus/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
I included optional dependency for MPI, NetCDF and static compilation.

Reproducible: Always

Thank you for your ebuild. I'll try to put it science overlay if the time permits.

Note:
Lot's of bundled libs (sci-libs/metis-4.0 in particular)

I tested the ebuild, and found there are file conflicts between the libxc within octopus and the sci-libs/libxc in sci-overlay.

Upstream may consider allowing libxc from an external package.
