Hello,

I am hosting an offical Gentoo Rsync Mirror. The ip-adress has changed:

Name: rsync3.de.gentoo.org
OLD: 80.237.153.116
NEW: 188.40.64.12

Can you please let me sync with the master server and change the IP behind the name rsync3.de.gentoo.org

Ok, I fixed the:
- ACL for the masterportage mirror.
- DNS for rsync3.de & rsync.de

Can you fix the MOTD on the new server? Thanks. Sorry for the delay.
