I'm not sure if this bug is in gnash, boost or gcc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge gnash on x86 system
2.
3.

Actual Results:
ebuild dies at test stage

Expected Results:
ebuilds installs gnash without die at test stage

Did you get any warning messages from the ebuild? Which versions of boost do you have installed?

build.log

Here is the complete build log. No related warning messages as far as I can see.

boost version 1.41.0-r3 is installed.
Comment 3 Chí-Thanh Christopher Nguyễn gentoo-dev 2010-06-23 20:35:34 UTC
Which *versions* of boost? Only 1.41 which is eselected, or more versions?

That's the only one present and selected with eselect:

# eselect boost list
Available boost versions:
  [1] boost-1.41/default *

I notice that you are using distcc, can you disable that and/or what about the boost versions on the distcc nodes?
Comment 6 Myckel Habets 2010-08-10 05:51:19 UTC
Distcc is configured to only use the same host as the emerge is running on (yeah, pretty useless with some overhead).

I tested to build without using distcc, but the problem remains.
Comment 7 Myckel Habets 2010-08-14 12:18:44 UTC
Just installed www-plugins/gnash-0.8.7_p20100812, no problems with that version.
Comment 8 Chí-Thanh Christopher Nguyễn gentoo-dev 2010-08-14 14:44:05 UTC
Thanks for testing, marking as FIXED.
