The module glade-sharp-2.12.10 is missing.
It is no big deal. Copy dev-dotnet/glade-sharp-2.12.9 ebuild to local. Rename it to: glade-sharp-2.12.10.ebuild ebuild the manifest and all will be fine.
Confirmed the bug on amd64 and the solution mentioned #3 worked fine.
