I have created a new ebuild for ComixCursors mouse cursor theme. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 235573 [details] comixcursors-xcursors-0.7.ebuild
This ebuild install every ComixCursors themes (black, blue, green, orange, red, white, ghost and christmas). Is it better to make an ebuild for each color?
Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely manner. There are simply too many new packages. Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =) Thanks, On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team, Markos. We can talk on irc about what I need to do, because that's new for me. Thank you very much. PS. if you speak in english, you can call me Vincent
(In reply to comment #6) > What should I do? We can talk on irc about what I need to do, because that's new for me. Please, read http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/proxy-maintainers/index.xml and when you will be ready - just CC proxy maintainers to this bug(like i have already said before). You will be assigned as maintainter of this package and i will be your proxy and will commit all of your work on this package. Note, that all bugs about this package will be assigned on you, if you will agree to take it...
