noarp is a useful kernel module for use in load balancing setups with Linux Virtual Server, and the build is very straightforward, so here's an ebuild. I suggest sys-cluster for the category. I have no idea whether this works with anything besides x86. I tested with gentoo-sources-2.4.20-r8. N.B.: there seems to be a 404 on the masarlabs site for the tarball (wasn't yesterday); I've notified the author and will update this issue when the tarball is available again. This can be bumped to version 1.2.3 (which contains documentation fixes).
